Newest Member of the Team – Derek Iannelli-Smith, IT Strategist
Part of meeting the needs of our clients was to tap into a much needed element which was Information Technology. Thus we created our IT Department.
An IT Strategy professional creates strategies and plans that define how information technology should be utilized to support a client's needs and expectations. They apply knowledge of standards and best practices to define governance, structure, architecture and processes for managing information technology projects. They maintain knowledge of evolving trends in IT strategy and management and apply those to develop innovative solutions for their clients.
Derek's areas of expertise are PC Maintenance (XP, Vista, Office, etc) & Support, Wireless networking, Software applications, hardware (pc's, desktops, some printers, etc), information technology security solutions, minor web development and local area networks. Derek is currently studying for his CCNA.
